Why Chair Pilates...

...because not everyone can get down on the floor, but almost EVERYONE can sit in a chair!

I want to show people who think they can't exercise that they absolutely can. I designed these gentle and effective Chair Pilates exercises so that most anyone can do them. Now you can get the benefits of practicing Pilates sitting on your seat. I LOVE helping clients overcome the idea that they can’t get in shape for whatever reason. I encourage everyone to start where they are and do what they can. Where there is want there is a way.

Dawn Rinkle

I share courage and practical wisdom inspiring others to take control of their health. I am Mississippi's first board certified holistic nurse, mother of 4, domestic abuse survivor, and former food addict. Life challenges inspired me to develop self-care skills for healing and coping with stress, pain, and health challenges. The medical system did not solve my issues. I did not want to be dependent on medication. All synthetic molecules are toxic to humans and the earth. i function on the principle that our bodies are divinely designed to heal and will do so when the toxicity is removed. Choosing a holistic lifestyle transformed my whole life! I feel healthy , empowered, and free. I want that for everyone! I have accumulated a vast assortment of tools for helping myself and others create a holistic healthy lifestyle. I am an AHNCC Board Certified Holistic Nurse, BASI Certified Pilates Instructor, Synergistic Myofascial Therapy Practitioner, Reiki Master and yoga student with over 25 years of holistic lifestyle learning and experience. I focus on posture as the gateway to holistic self -care because it is the way we carry ourselves ...the way we embody our souls .Pain and patterns in the body are easily recognized and are perfect opportunities for focusing our healing intention and breath of life .I am thrilled to have witnessed amazing transformations in the bodies and lives of my clients. it is my hope to help others straighten themselves out and live happy and free.
