Fear vs Faith

Self care is our spiritual responsibility! Faith is the path from fear, dependence on the medical system, and disconnection from our own bodies to healthy bodies and confident minds enjoyed in freedom. Wherever you are on that path, take a deep breath of courage and know our bodies are the Temples of the Holy Spirit and within the blueprint of our DNA our bodies are designed to heal themselves. The human body is imbued with such grace that when we stop toxifying it, it heals. Healthy is our natural state. Any other idea is fear based deception designed to displace truth, instill mistrust, and distort our natural ability to perceive and relate to our Creator and our bodies. The way towards freedom for ourselves, our families, and our nation is learning to care for ourselves. The healthier we are the less we feel the need to depend on the medical system. While the value of some aspects of the medical system such as trauma care is undeniable, depending on it for our basic health is irresponsible and disempowering. Most if not all chronic disease, aches, and pains can be prevented or managed by healthy lifestyle habits. Most if not all common illnesses can be treated with home remedies. Most babies can be born at home. Most elderly can pass away at home. These are the issues that we have the power to take care of ourselves and these are the issues that sustain the system. The more we depend on ourselves and the less we use this system the more empowered and free we become. We have to realize that whether a it is a basic check up (which often leads to a cascade of tests and procedures) or the jab, it’s all feeding the same beast. Let’s do our best to take responsibility for our health, educate ourselves, practice self care, be brave, and have faith! Let’s do our best to starve this beast out!
